Privacy

The Williams Group Services LLC (the “company” takes user privacy seriously. Any data submitted by homeowners or potential buyers will only be used by Real Estate Professionals and by the HottestProperties.com team. HottestProperties.com sells personal information to third party clients. Please take a couple of minutes to review the company privacy policy.

Information Collection and Use

Home Owner and Home Buyer Registration In order to use this Web site. During registration, users are required to give the company contact information such as their name, email address, home address, & phone number. The company uses this information to contact users about the services on the company site in which users have expressed interest. The information is also shared with Real Estate Professionals who sign up for the service and pay a per lead fee.

Users must supply demographic information to the company to use the service: this information will provide users with a more personalized and effective experience on the company website.

Real Estate Professional Registration In order to use this Web site, user must first agree to our Privacy Policy and the company terms and conditions. The company will use Real Estate Professional information to contact users about the services on the company site in which user may have an interest. The company will also use personal information when a paying user submits a proposal to Home Owners, Home Buyers and Realtors.

The Williams Group Services LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on www.hottestproperties.com as well as our other group of websites. The Williams Group Services LLC collects personally identifiable information from users at several different points on all of our company web sites.

The Williams Group Services LLC does not share personally identifiable data with third parties for unknown or unrelated uses.

Orders

If users purchase a service from the company, the company requests certain personally identifiable information from user on the company order form. Users must provide contact information (such as name, and billing address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). The company will use this information to bill user as well as to inform user of any new information company have on the company site that company believe will be of value to user.

For Home Owners, the company will show the Real Estate Professional all data points about your home. The company will strive to try and find the best Real Estate Professional that fits the users needs while at the same time keeping user information confidential.

For Real Estate Professionals

All information Real Estate Professionals supply to company will be kept private unless otherwise released to the company via email or through a proposal to a Home Owner or Home Buyer. Only if a user chooses to do so will the prospect be able to view the Real Estate Professional’s information and even then Real Estate Professional is able to control what information prospects are allowed to see. By leaving certain fields blank on the company registration form, Real Estate Professionals have optioned not to disclose this information. If the field is blank (or in some cases when a “0” (zero) is entered, the lead does not see a blank field but rather no field at all. This allows for Real Estate Professional information to be kept private unless they choose to disclose it.

Communications from the Site

The company will from time to time send users information on the company services and promotions. Most of these emails contain an opt-out link. By clicking the opt out link, the user is sent to a page to confirm their desire to no longer receive emails from the company. In addition to the Opt Out Link, users can change their notification options at any time by logging into their account. Out of respect for user privacy, the company presents user the option to not receive these offers and still use the company service.

Newsletters

When users register on the company site users will also automatically subscribe to the company newsletter. The company will use their name and email address in this newsletter and once again out of the company respect for their privacy, the company present users the option to not receive this newsletter. Service-related Announcements

The company will send users strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if the company service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, the company might send users an email.

This action cannot be reversed, however it is not a contractual obligation to use a particular Real Estate Professional.

Testimonials

We post customer testimonials on our web site which may contain personally identifiable information such as the customer's name. We do obtain the customer's consent prior to to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial. Our testimonials are often supplied to company by clients of the site and often times unable to verify accuracy or with time, accuracy may become unable to confirm.

Choice/Opt-out For Home Owners and Home Buyers

When entering information on the company site, users must complete all fields on the form to have their request submitted to the company pool of Real Estate Professionals. The company inspects every submission before it is sent for obscene or inaccurate information. The information may be scored against a database for the valid phone number and address. All offending submissions; including duplicate submissions; may be rejected. Your application could be declined for any reason and company reserves the right to disclose why the search was declined.

The company provides users the opportunity to “opt-out” of having their personally identifiable information used for certain purposes, when company asks for this information. For example, if users register on the company website, the company allows user the opportunity to not receive emails from company for third party promotions.

If users no longer wish to receive the company newsletter and promotional communications, users may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter, email or communication or by emailing company at support@hottestproperties.com or toll free at 800.967.8884 to opt-out.

When entering information on the company site for proposals, users have the option of leaving certain fields blank or entering a “0” (zero) where instructed. If users choose to do so, these fields will be non-existent and blank but will not count against the user when the user sends a proposal out to a prospect.

The company provides users the opportunity to 'opt-out’ of having their personally identifiable information used for certain purposes, when company ask for this information.
